TRANSPORTATION
Laura will assist with arranging your airport transportation to and from the resort. Guests may choose between shared/group transportation, which may make stops at other resorts along the way, or private transportation, which provides direct service between the airport and the resort with no additional stops.
AIRPORT VIP FAST TRACK OPTION
The Punta Cana Airport offers an optional VIP Fast Track service for both arrivals and departures. The service provides expedited processing through immigration, customs, and security checkpoints, helping you avoid the standard lines. You can pre-book here Punta Cana Airport VIP Fast Track.
For departing flights, Fast Track services may also be available for purchase at the airport, subject to availability. The VIP service area is located in Terminal B.
We used this service during our recent trip to Punta Cana and we strongly recommend! It made navigating through the airport effortless.
GLOBAL ENTRY
Global Entry | U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection program that allows for expedited entry into the United States upon your return. Members can use dedicated kiosks at participating airports, often resulting in significantly shorter wait times through customs and immigration. Global Entry also includes TSA PreCheck for 5 years. This is an optional service and enrollment requires an application, background check, and interview, so be sure to apply in advance if interested.
CHECK-IN AT THE RESORT
The resort has two lobby areas: the Main Lobby and the Group Lobby. Guests staying as part of our wedding group will generally use the Group Lobby for check-in and check-out. If you're unsure where to go upon arrival, resort staff will be happy to direct you.
GOLF CART RENTAL
The resort offers complimentary golf cart shuttles throughout the property, making it easy to get around during your stay. For guests who prefer additional flexibility and convenience, private golf cart rentals are also available through the resort for a daily fee.
While a private golf cart is certainly not necessary, we found it to be a convenient option for getting around the resort and enjoyed having one during our stay.
